Kang Hye Jung Didn't Want Haru Becoma a Celebrity Like Her and Her Husband

With popular celebrity parents actress Kang Hye Jung and musician Tablo from EPIK HIGH, everybody is pretty much expecting “Hip-hop Prodigy” Lee Haru would follow the footsteps of her parents. However, Kang Hye Jung as her mother revealed that she wishes a different path for her lovely daughter Lee Haru.
On the August 31 broadcast of KBS 2TV’s “Return Of Superman” the family of Tablo, Kang Hye Jung, and Lee Haru were shown as they were traveling to Kangneung

While enroute to Kangneung, Lee Haru passed some time rapping to a beat that she listened. The young girl showed some skills as she took after her father Tablo who is one of the most intelligent rappers in the Korean music industry.

While Lee Haru’s parents showed appreciation and pride in her natural talent, both Kang Hye Jung and Tablo weren’t able to hide their concern. “We’re glad and yet we’re also afraid,” the couple said.
“The things that Haru wants to do the most now are cooking and rapping. Actually, celebrities don’t wish their children to follow their footsteps but we hope they do something they like. I want to support her well like a friend by her side,” said Kang Hye Jung during the interview.
